Terms and Conditions

All members are subject to the Terms and Conditions of membership and are responsible for keeping themselves informed of the current Terms and Conditions which will be updated from time to time and posted on the MOSAIC DANCE website (www.mosaicdance.com.sg).

It is the responsibility of members to keep their mailing address and email address updated. Any changes in the member’s mailing address must be provided in writing.

All payment (for dance courses or merchandise or events) to MOSAIC DANCE PTE LTD is not refundable.

Members may perform a one-time transfer of their membership account at the discretion of MOSAIC DANCE PTE LTD for an admin fee of $50. Each membership account may only be transferred once. Otherwise, membership status and privileges are strictly non-transferable or loaned to others.

Members may suspend their account for a maximum of twelve (12) months if they are pregnant, or for a maximum of six (6) weeks in any period of twelve (12) months for any other reason. The minimum suspension period is two (2) weeks. You are allowed to suspend your account six (6) times in any twelve (12) months.

A replacement fee of S$20 is chargeable for loss of card.

Members will have to book their classes online before attending to avoid overcrowding. Class bookings are available up to 28 days in advance for fundamental classes and 7 days for other classes. Please allow 4 hours advance notice if you are unable to attend the pre-booked class so that we may release your slot to waitlisted students.

You can only be on ONE waitlist within the same time slot – no overlapping waitlist bookings are allowed.

TWO (2) or more cumulative late cancellation / no-shows over a 30 day period will result in a 2 week suspension of online booking privileges. Your class attendance will be restricted to in-person standby 30 minutes before class. 

Members are required to present their membership card at the reception to sign in before attending each class. Members are required to present a government-issued photo ID (such as NRIC or driver’s license) upon request. Members without proper identification may not be allowed to attend a class.

Members are required to follow studio etiquette guidelines which will be on display at the studio and on the website (www.mosaicdance.com.sg). MOSAIC DANCE PTE LTD reserves the right to remove any member from its premise should he/she fail to comply with the stated guidelines.

MOSAIC DANCE PTE LTD reserves the right to terminate any dance course, activity, event, membership privilege or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice.

MOSAIC DANCE PTE LTD reserves the right to revoke membership privileges, without refund, of those who fail to comply with the above guidelines and/or cause disruption to other members.
